After the quotes come in

How do I send one material list to several suppliers?
Build one project with your job site details and material list, then pick the local suppliers you want to invite. The same RFQ goes to each of them. The Free and Estimating plans allow 2 suppliers per RFQ; Pro, Bundle and Team allow 5.
How do I compare line-item quotes and choose a supplier?
Every supplier prices the same list line by line. Open the project to see all the quotes, open each one for its line items and total, and award one or more suppliers. Each supplier you award is notified immediately.
Can I upload plans or a list, fix it, and then send?
Yes. Upload a PDF, spreadsheet or photo and the AI reads it into a material list. You review every line, correct quantities or units, add or remove items, and only then send the RFQ. AI takeoffs from plans need the Estimating, Bundle or Team plan.
What happens after I award a quote?
The supplier is notified immediately. You can message them from the project page, follow the delivery status, and pay the invoice through Lumby by card or bank account, right away or on the terms the supplier offers (COD or Net terms).
Can I send RFQs after business hours?
Yes. LUMBY is designed for 24/7 quoting. Send your RFQs at night and suppliers will respond when they open in the morning. No phone calls needed.
